The Modules

Seven modules. Buy the ones your week is made of.

Each one is a working system for a case type, not a prompt list. Buy one, buy three, or take the stack. Every dollar you spend credits toward the stack, so buying one at a time never costs you more.

Modules are priced by how much of your practice they touch. Foundation runs on every file you open. Skip Trace runs on one task.

Every module keeps the audit trail as it goes. It is not an add-on, because a finding you cannot document is not a finding.

Module 1 of 7

Runs on every file you open

Foundation

A new client called. Should you take it, what will it cost, and how do you bill a week you barely wrote down? None of that is case-type work, and all of it is every case.

  • Intake screening, conflict checks, and the improper-purpose screen
  • Scope of work, exclusions, and case budgets you can defend to a court
  • Report architecture, standard and court-ready
  • Disclosing AI use, and the four questions you get on cross
  • Billing narratives that survive a fee audit

$400

Every case-type module builds on this one. Most investigators start here, then add Discovery or Claims for the work that fills their week.

Every dollar credits toward the complete stack. Buying one at a time never costs more.

Module 2 of 7

Criminal defense and civil litigation

Discovery and Document Analysis

$400

Six hundred pages landed, four people describe the same twenty minutes differently, and counsel wants to know what is worth chasing.

  • Master chronology with a page cite on every entry
  • Contradiction matrix and gap analysis
  • Draft interrogatories built from what the file is missing

Module 3 of 7

Workers' comp and liability claims

Claims and Workers’ Comp

$400

The carrier wants a compensability memo, and the claimant has two prior claims and a second job.

  • AOE/COE facts sorted, without drawing the conclusion
  • Recorded statements and represented-claimant rules
  • Carrier report formats, in the order adjusters read

Module 4 of 7

Field operations, any practice area

Surveillance Operations

$350

Nine hours on the house, and now it has to be written up in a way that survives cross.

  • Pre-operation planning, positions, and state legal limits
  • Field log to narrative, with gaps documented not bridged
  • GPS verification before anything is placed

Module 5 of 7

Locates, service and judgment recovery

Skip Trace and Locates

$300

A name, and an address that was current five years ago. Which of these three is worth the drive?

  • Search sequence outward from what you already know
  • Every address with a source and a date, ranked by both
  • Consent-based locates and how a refusal is handled

Module 6 of 7

Asset searches and due diligence

Background, Assets and OSINT

$350

Does this guy have anything worth collecting on, and who actually owns that LLC?

  • Entity structure from the filings, not from an aggregator
  • Property, titled assets, UCC filings and liens
  • Findings and analysis separated on the page

Module 7 of 7

Service of process and diligence

Hard to Serve

$150

Six attempts, no answer, and the attorney wants to know what you can prove.

  • Attempt logs that show a pattern instead of a count
  • The evasion read, separated from ordinary absence
  • The diligence exhibit counsel attaches, built from the log

Add-ons

Add-ons attach to any module purchase at checkout, $75 each. Media Intake and Billing Narratives are sold as add-ons only.

Hard to Serve

$75 with any module, or $150 on its own

Diligence that holds up when a defendant is avoiding service, and a documented attempt record that supports a motion for alternative service.

Media Intake and Deepfake Triage

$75, add-on only

What to do in the first ten minutes when a client hands you a video, and how to write a finding that never claims the file is authentic.

Time Capture and Billing Narratives

$75, add-on only

Capture the hours you are already working, and write invoice lines a client pays without calling to ask.

No lock-in

Buying one at a time

Every module you buy credits at full price toward the complete stack. If you own Foundation and Discovery and later decide you want everything, you pay the difference, not the full stack price. There is no deadline on that and no form to fill in. Email me and I will invoice the balance.

The returning buyer discount

Every module after your first is 20% off, permanently. The code comes in your first fulfillment email. It stacks with nothing and expires never.

Updates, and what happens after twelve months

Every purchase includes twelve months of new releases, and each new purchase resets that twelve months from the day you buy. During your window, every module you own keeps getting new versions as the platform and the practice change. Complete Stack buyers also get every new module released inside their window at no extra cost.

After twelve months it is $150 a year. That is one price for everything you own, whether that is one module or nine, not $150 per module. There is no card on file and nothing renews automatically. I send an invoice, you decide.

If you let it lapse, you keep every file you bought and they keep working. Compatibility fixes stay free forever, licence or no licence, because a module that carries legal thresholds should never go stale on somebody over a renewal notice. What stops is new material. Rejoin whenever you like, same price, no penalty.

Active licence holders keep the 20% returning-buyer discount permanently. One module a year pays for the licence outright.
