Agreement

By purchasing from or using aipoweredpi.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the materials.

Licence to use the materials

A purchase grants one individual a personal, non-transferable licence to use the book and bonus materials in their own investigative practice. You may use the prompts and templates in client work.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the digital files, bonus vault, or templates with people outside your licensed seat. Agency-wide licences are available on request.

Bonus access for life

"For life" means for as long as this product and website are operated by the author. Bonus materials are delivered digitally and may change in format or scope as tools evolve.

No professional advice

The book is operational guidance from a working practitioner. It is not legal advice. Investigator licensing, privacy and evidence rules vary by jurisdiction and you remain solely responsible for compliance in your own practice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the materials is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for case outcomes, lost profits, or third-party AI tool behaviour.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
